Animals

      

We have all kinds of critters here at the farm.  Above is one of the noisy Guinea Hens, Alphonse one of the two lamas, Puffy Cheaks a Bared Rock rooster and the goats, horse and other lama.

   

We had some baby geese last year, now they are as big as the adults!

Dusty, the minature horse really likes Chuba one of our dogs, but he can get really rough so we tied him to the bailer.

   

George is our Peacock and he really, really likes to fan his feathers.  He also like to watch us through the window by the bird feeder.  During the summer George roosts in a tree by the house, but when it gets cold, he heads inside his own 'Peacock Palace'.

   

We like chickens and we have quite a few.  Here are some samples.  The little guy is a young bantum.  We were able to breed some really small chickens. They are all free to roam about during the day, but at night they are locked up to stay safe.  Foxes live around here!
